Satya Ambrose, L.Ac, N.D. graduated from New England School of Acupuncture in 1977.  She co-founded The Oregon College of Oriental Medicine in 1982, and finished her ND degree in 1989.  She has taught oncology, immunology, oriental medicine, women’s health, endocrinology and environmental toxicology, and nutrition, among other topics.  She currently is working on her 24-acre organic farm in Damascus , OR , and is working with the Chitari Foundation to open an integrative healing center.

Karen Hefner, MA, MS, Reiki Master.  After studying, experiencing, and practicing alternative modes of healing and shamanism for the pas decade, Karen has dedicated herself full-time to being in service as a catalyst for personal growth, expansion and healing.  She is a graduate of the LightSong School of Shamanic Studies, a Usui/Tibetan Reiki Master, holds master’s degrees in Science and the Arts, and is a certified F.I.R.E. Polly Maliongas, MAcOM, Dipl. Adinah Barlow, a gifted Licenced Massage Therapist has been practicing massage since 2007.  She trained at Myotherapy College of Massage in Salt Lake City, Utah.   She has worked extensively with athletes, as well as specialty populations such as children, pregnant women, and elderly people.

Dr. Igor Schwartzman, N.D. was born and raised in a small Eastern European country, called Moldova.  Dr. Schwartzman’s inspiration to becoming a physician was his grandmother, also a physician, who was deeply committed to healing and supporting her local community in Moldova.  Dr. Schwartzman is a family practice physician and offers care for both acute and chronic health complaints.  He has a strong interest in women’s health, endocrine/hormone imbalances, and digestive disorders.
